The DSB1 Grade 6 Volleyball Tournament was held this week at Roland Michener School.

The event focused on learning and participation, with students displaying strong sportsmanship and perseverance. It was an excellent opportunity to see developing athletes from across the district. The tournament also featured a welcome contribution from past students who volunteered as referees.

Roots of Empathy

Students at Earle Miller have been busy in crochet club. Every Monday students meet with the CYW to learn to crochet. One student who was leaving to India for 3 months worked especially hard and made her first creation as a special gift for our Roots of Empathy baby Brinley! She worked hard and completed this beautiful hat before she left.
